Our brief: the conversion and restoration of a neglected, run down property to a luxurious, open plan ground floor apartment.

After 25 years of neglect, this excellently located 2-bedroom apartment was in severe need of renovation and modernisation. Working closely with interior designer, Leena Gehlot of Mara Property, the internal refurbishment transformed the property into an open plan, contemporary home fitted out to the highest specification and design style, with elegance personified through tastefully added furnishings and fittings.

Bespoke joinery included glazed solid walnut doors; luxury marble bathrooms and the Oikos Cucini kitchen were incorporated adding functional style and easy comfort. The interior was further enhanced with the installation of a state-of-the-art customised mood lighting system. A striking original gilt silver light feature is suspended from the entrance hall ceiling, welcoming all to a now elegant and beautifully refurbished home.
