A large detached family home with extensive rear garden had become dated under their previous owners. With our clients aim of making the property their family home for the foreseeable future, we carried out a full scale renovation to the property, including a rear extension to a new open-plan area featuring kitchen and informal dining and lounge areas. There was further changes to the floor plans on the upper floors to make better use of the square meterage for the family. Finally for the clients, we helped out of landscape works to the rear garden.
